What a great but simple way to celebrate our National Day. This is not the usual Swiss roll which can be bought from the stores. The creamy mousse
which is wrapped round a delightful pandan sponge cake, moist and melt in
the mouth. The sweetness is perfect, without overwhelming the overall taste
of the cake. My family enjoys it very much. Thank you Locaba for another sweet delight.
