8. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under the agreement will cease.
9. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the participation in the affiliate program.
10. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
