If you choose delivery, please ensure that there is someone at the indicated address to collect. As our cakes are perishable goods they should stay chilled and taken care of. If there is no one at home to receive the delivery, customer are kindly asked to make their own arrangement to collect their orders from our outlet the next working day in the afternoon.
Whilst we take every care to deliver the cakes to you at your convenience. Your kind understanding would be very much appreciated.
Birthday message? Candles? No problem! Yes, we are happy to do that for you. Simply inform us abour your wish at email@example.com before or after placing your order.
After you place your order on our webshop you will receive your order confirmation.

Please check your order confirmation. In case of inaccuracies please inform us immediately (at least one day in advance) of any changes. Otherwise we maybe aren’t able to make any changes.
Please note that once your order has been confirmed, cancellation is only possible by calling us immediately (+65 9793 6557). Two days before the delivery or collection date we still can stop our wizard team at the bakery.
As we are dealing with perishable goods we unfortunately do not accept returns. If you have any concerns about the product you received please immediately call us (+65 9793 6557) and we’ll find a solution.
