Spreading Sweet Joy: Celebrating Kyra’s Wish with Make-A-Wish Singapore

This month, we had the privilege of contributing a little joy to a very special young girl through our continued collaboration with Make-A-Wish Singapore.

Meet Kyra, a resilient and inspiring 14-year-old who lives with macrocephaly-capillary malformation (M-CM) syndrome—a rare and complex condition that presents daily challenges in her life. Despite this, Kyra’s spirit shines bright. She’s passionate about wheelchair racing and dreams of one day representing Singapore in the Youth Paralympics.

Kyra’s heartfelt wish was for a bedroom makeover—a safe, calming, and accessible sanctuary where she can rest, recharge, and spend quality time with her sister. To mark the special day her wish came true, Make-A-Wish reached out to see if we could help make the celebration just a little sweeter.

Of course, we said yes.

We were honoured to sponsor a Cinnamoroll-themed chocolate cheesecake from Locaba on Sunday, 22 June 2025, specially created to surprise Kyra and her family on this meaningful day. As Cinnamoroll is her favourite character, the cake added a personal and joyful touch to the celebration—bringing smiles all around.

It was our small way of joining the community in recognising Kyra’s courage, determination, and dreams.
